1) make your own search in our web site looking for the accommodation that better fits with your needs or else send a general request. In the first case we'll let you know availbility and exact rates for that specific accommodation, in the second case we'll let you know the available accommodations and the ones that better suites with your requirements.

2) Once you have received our responce, you are free to proceed with the booking following the instrucions provided in our answer. Please note that each accommodation has different booking policies, so you'll be informed about them before your definitive booking.

Our human based booking system is reliable and parsonalized. You will be able to contact us for any doubt through all the booking process. If you are in doubt about what accommodation would be better for you, you can always ask explaining all your needs and concerns - we'll help you find the accommodation that really fits with your requirements.

Our booking system is free of charge for the guests. The accommodation pays a commission for your booking, but this doesn't mean that you pay an higher price on the room rates. The prices would be the same if you contact directly the accommodation.
